Great customer service from sales staff. Friendly and knowledgeable

Kelly at the Southend branch was really welcoming and helpful, she helped us find the most suitable mattress and showed us lots of options to choose from. No pushy sales which was really nice. The next day we re-visited the branch and were greeted by Graham, he too was very helpful and friendly, quickly helped us with our purchase and explained everything clearly.

First things to come to mind is store locality and parking. Next was the store person Graham who gave us advice to our requirements. Next is the calibrating device for showing what mattress we should look at.
