Good customer relations with a highly informative member of staff {Alex}.

The service and knowledge of the sales assistant was excellent.

Had been to a number of other stores but found that although we were greeted we didn't feel pushed or having a hard sell which we were glad of. When we needed help there wasn't any waiting around and the order couldn't have been easier.

Very friendly attentive staff that gave me space when I needed but offered to answer any questions

We were very warmly received & invited to take as long as we needed to find what we wanted.We also had many questions to put to the staff & they were all answered clearly & with good knowledge of the subject.We were also invited to take tea whilst we viewed which was a nice touch & which we enjoyed, & that made our visit even more relaxed.

Assistance provided by the sales person and the knowledge in relation to product. Advice provided assisted us to make purchase. There was no pressure selling.

The assistant who helped us introduced himself straight away , but he also stood back at the appropriate times to let us look, think and discuss our potential purchase. Once with some help we had decided which bed and mattress we were going to purchase we discovered it was not made in the size we needed we were going to go away disappointed but the assistant came up with a practical solution and we were able to go ahead and make our purchase.

We were greeted by a decent guy called Stanley, he offered us drinks and was very knowledgeable about the products. Also gave us a decent pillow to use when trying out the beds.

As far as we could judge from testing the beds in store, the quality and comfort was excellent as was the help and advice given - by Stanley.
