Dreams - Southend

Stanley (salesman) greeted my husband and I. He was very helpful and pleasant from the beginning pointing out the types of mattresses available and had a good knowledge of the products. He also offered us a drink and didn't pressure us to purchase something. On deciding what mattress we wanted I was also offered pillows at a reduced cost that was on special offer but declined as already had new ones. All in all my experience in Dreams was very satisfactory.

Alex was a our sales person and he was very informative and wasn't pushy. We were offered an ice cold drink on what was a very hot day while we completed the purchase.

Paul, who helped us in the Southend on sea store was so helpful. He stepped back when my daughter and I were discussing things but was there if we needed any assistance. I forgot my credit card to pay and while my daughter went home for it, Paul gave me a cup of coffee and sat and chatted to me. Thank you for make ng me feel welcome and comfortable in your store.

We were greeted with a good morning and offered a drink. the assistant, Neil politely asked if we needed assistance. while we were there he guided us through the options and did not try to force us in any way. the paperwork was done efficiently and quick. he told us of the offers going and we payed and left.

Attentive without being overbearing. Good selection of products at varying prices. Ease of purchase.

After entering the store and starting to look round Paul came over and asked if he could help. I said I was just looking at the time and he offered to come back if I needed help. I have spinal issues and needed his assistance on making a decision over 2 mattresses so called him over to discuss the pro's and cons of them and his knowledge was excellent. I also purchased a protector for the mattress and topper for another one I already have.

I Hàd time to look around by myself no pressure then salesman Stan came across to me to see. If I needed help he pointed out the type of mattress I needed and tried a few mattresses out delivery was only area days. It.is very comfortable. Quite happy with the mattress So happy with the. Help I received as I had no one else he explained it , as long as I kept the plastic cover on . I do not need to change the mattress thank. Stan. A very pleasansalesman

We were assisted by both Paul and Stan. Having spent twenty years as an Area Manager for a national retailer, I could not have been more impressed with their service skills. Friendly, personable, knowledgeable and really helpful without being at all pushy. They pleasantly tried to upsell explaining benefits and opportunities that we might choose to take. They are both a credit to your organisation and were still full of enthusiasm and pleasantness near the end of the day on what was by far the hottest day of the year so far. They - and your customers deserve air conditioning!!!!

Salesman Stanley was great explained everything to us, we were greeted as we walked in and offered a drink. We were also asked if we required pillows and bedding. Would definitely return.
