Alex was a very knowledgeable, helpful & polite member of staff. He demonstrated his knowledge of the type of mattresses suited to our needs. He also guided us to other items of stock that we needed to complete our purchase.

I found it easy to try out all the beds the way they are set out, the staff are very helpful in explaining the different types of mattresses, I was offered a drink at the start. It didn't take long to finalise my order.

The salesman, Alex was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products I wanted. He was also very patient when my daughter couldn't decide between 2 beds! Once she decided he went through the buying process thoroughly and made 3 people very happy and looking forward to a great nights sleep.

Stan was a great help and lots of fun. Was really friendly. Greeted us straight away. Offered us a drink and gave us a really good pillow to take round which we ended up buying two of as well.

I purchased my Chantilly D mattress from the Southend airport retail park. I was extremely happy with the customer service from Alex. His knowledge of all products was brilliant. I was offered a drink upon arrival and was made to feel very welcome. Not only did I purchase this item, Alex showed me the Therapur Cool pillow. I was totally unaware of this product but with the information received, I bought four. My shopping experience was excellent. I highly recommend this bedding shop and the staff.
