From the time entered the store until we left the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The young man who guided us around the store was so informative regarding the products we required explaining as we went around the difference between the beds etc. Being seniors and not having bought a bed for over fifteen years we were shown every courtesy and help to make, what we believe,to be the right choice for comfort and reliability. The help and courtesy was by far better than we had previously been shown by one of your competitors no we would not hesitate to recommend your store to anyone needing a new bed etc.

Alex was ver knowledgeable and helpful. He was polite and understanding. Knew we were a bit unsure of taking delivery as we've have building work going on but he was very helpful and told us we could defer delivery if we needed to. Thank you Alex.

Stanley was attentive and well informed but not overbearing as some sales assistants can be. Very good choice of mattresses/beds catering to all budgets.

It was quick and easy. I knew what I wanted and I wasn't pressured into buying anything else that I didn't want. I was given information that was very helpful.

I had explanation on the bed I ordered and details I needed. Even the drivers who delivered my bed were prompt and efficient the bed is of a better standard than I had from previous retailers.

For someone buying their first bed I was a little baffled by the choice. Neil let me know he was a available to me but did not crowd me. He answered all of my questions with ease and made appropriate recommendations. Excellent customer service.

From the moment we walked into the store, we were greeted by a friendly member of staff who offered to help and guide us. We were asked what we where looking for and told all about the different types of mattresses available, as this is what we were looking to purchase. We were offered pillows when trying out different mattresses and felt comfortable in the store. The overall cleanliness of the store was good and would definitely return to dreams for future purchases.
