Stanley the assistant was very helpful, greeted us when we entered the store, asked what we were looking for, then showed us the items which may be suited, we were then left to try the products out after being offered a coffee or tea (never had this before) when placing our order Stanley was very clear, & helpful, a great shopping experience looking for a mattress.. We would defiantly be shopping at this store again..

The salesman was polite answering questions honestly and professionally. I felt I could trust him, he didn't try to push to hard. As a salesman myself for over forty years I thought he was good.
