The knowledge of the man serving us was great. He listened to what we wanted from the bed and then showed us some options. He did not pressurise us to buy and let us walk away and talk in private, we didn't feel intimidated. He then showed us a headboard option that we were not aware of, giving us the option to return the item as we had not physically seen the option: I am sure we wont return it.

Found the staff pleasent and friendly giving advice but not too pushy which was perfect.

I spoke with the assistant asking for advice on some beds, his knowledge and helpfulness in answering those doubts lead me to placing an order on my second visit to your store.

very quick, easily explained by Stanley, quick turn round. Liked the way different types of mattress were colour coded, much easier than I imagined

Assistant was very helpful, providing all of the information that we needed but then left us alone to try the various mattresses. He was able to answer our queries, then allowed us time to discuss and further consider the options before deciding on our purchase. There was no pressure at any time. The ordering process was clear and easy and we did not have to wait long for the delivery of our purchase. The advance notification of the delivery window was very helpful. The removal of our old mattress and delivery of the new was swift and the delivery guys helpful and pleasant.
