Dreams - Southend

Stanley was extremely knowledgeable. He really took the time to understand what we were after and what our price range was. He even offered us a drink! He was both able to give us information and at the same time give us time to try out the mattresses without feeling watched. Such a lovely guy, clearly knows his stuff. What I love about dreams is all the mattresses are there ready to try in a clear and easy to understand format. I had previously gone in Benson for beds and it was a fricking nightmare, not clear what type of mattress was what and what the softness rating was. Excellent experience, very clear and I am super excited about our new comfortable bed.

Our sales rep Stanley was extremely knowledgeable about all Dreams products, not just the items we were looking at. He explained all the information and processes on display as we were new to Dreams. He gave us a 'real' pillow (rather than the display cushions) to use when testing mattresses. He was also polite and had a good sense of humour to make our visit an enjoyable time! He greeted us as we looked around but then left us to look in our own time without sales pressure which was really appreciated (we have been known to leave other stores that pester us before!). Once placing the order, we were offered a dink and all information was clearly explained. It was a really stress free experience!

I arrived at the store and was greeted by your salesmen who after I explained what I wanted and the time scale I needed it in looked up availability and showed me the ones available and sorted out my order ,overall very friendly and efficient

I was very pleased with the purchase & service I received at your Dreams store at Southend Airport retail park. The sales assistant Alex was very helpful, informative & friendly. He gave me clear advice on the type of mattress I was looking for without being pushy. The mattress I selected could be delivered the same week & was also in the half price event - so I was very happy :) The staff had a good sense of humor too! Thank you

After entering the store with an idea of the bed we wanted we were given the opportunity to try the in store Tempa DHD contour supreme k adjustable bed which showed us that it was the Tempa bed we had to have. After great advice on the full Tempa range from Stan we decided on the right bed and pillows for us. we spent a long time trying the different mattresses which was encouraged by the sales rep without feeling we had to buy a nice experience all round..

Alex was very knowledgeable and spoke from experience. He was very patient and listened to my needs, allowing me to take my time.

As soon as we entered the store the sales assistant, Stan, came over to greet us and I told him our needs and budget and he worked with us within these measures. Stan also offered us a drink and then explained the way the beds in the store were colour code which I thought was a brilliant idea. Stan then went over the products available i.e pillows, head boards etc..
