The whole experience was so straightforward

I came into Dreams only thinking of looking what was available thinking of replacing my mattress next year! Your salesman was excellent from the word go after walking in he came and introduced himself explained the difference between what was on offer in some detail then said go and have a lay down see what you think and im here when you need me. After trying most of the mattresses in the store I kept going back to one in particular while laying down he come back and said please try our pillows too and gave me the most amazing to try! after quite some time I decided I went come back the next today to see how I felt then he simply said no worries we will be here tomorrow. So today came I went back to your store had another lay down and again with the lovely pillow and before I had decided the same salesman yesterday made me a cup of tea!. after another period I decided to go ahead with the mattress and pillow. At no point did I feel pressured to buy anything at all your salesman was warm and friendly the whole time and very knowledgeable overal this is probably the best customer experience I have had in a long time.

I found the gentleman that served us very helpful and wasn't too pushy and gave very sound advise on what would suit both me and my wife. i also noticed all employees were very well mannered and all had a smile on their faces

Visited the Southend store on Wednesday got greeted by an colleague called Stanley, really helpful with all the questions I had. However I wanted to go home and double check the bed's I liked would fit in my bedroom (as there was so many to choose from, so I narrowed it down). So I went back there again on the Saturday, again greeted by Stanley who offered me a tea or coffee straight away (which I thought was a nice touch). Once I finally deiced on the bed-frame I wanted to order he took me over to all the pillows they have to offer in store so I grabbed some for my new bed. Once we did the paperwork for my order and he made sure I understood all the terms and conditions. It was such a pleasant & friendly experience. This was my first time ordering anything from Dreams so I was surprised how easy everything was. Would defiantly recommend to friends if they are planning on buying a new bed or sofa bed.

The assistant Neil was very helpful and knowledgeable, but not pushy. He listened to our needs and guided and advised us really well. He is a credit to your company.

The shop assistant (Neil) who helped us was fantastic. He couldn't have been more helpful and made the whole experience a very pleasant one!

The sales representative Stanley, was very friendly and accommodating. I was greeted with a smile, offered a nice coffee and left with an amazing mattress and even a new pillow!

I'm not one of life's natural shoppers however the two blokes at your Southend airport gave me a good experience. The man talking to me ( DOH forgotten his name ) was very knowledgeable and asked my requirements, he then showed me the mattresses that fit the criteria and gave me facts with no pressure selling. He was very professional and funny at the same time. Good service and definitely a shop I'll be recommending to my friends and colleagues.
