Graham and Paul made us feel very welcome and were consummate professionals considering they knew I was more knowledgeable than them on Dreams, Tempur and was In fact both their bosses in two different companies which must of been strange for them. A great experience and we look forward to our new mattress arriving and giving us a great night’s sleep.

The sale teams where very informative and helpful at the store in Southend on sea, salesman Paul, was extremely focused on his customer knowledge in giving customers time to choose the products to give high quality services. Everything that I purchased was double checked and catered for, there was water bottles available and Paul explained all the total bill and delivery dates , I am looking forward to my new quality mattress being delivered, I paid part balance and going back week before delivery to pay full balance in time. Recommended Dreams for all your bending requirements, I wish I had gone there first for bedhead and frame , I purchased a full bed 3 weeks ago, but very disappointed with the mattress , so as no help from previous retailer , I went to Dreams to enquire on mattresses available, The new testing bed for customers to get correct mattress is fabulous, saves going round the store sitting on mattresses to get the right one for posture, Thank you Paul, for your assistance in my purchase,
