Was not pressurised while we were their and staff were very friendly

I wasn't pounced on as soon as I walked through the door, always a good start, i looked at a few beds, then was casually approached, the guy in the shop was funny, found out what I was looking for, advised me, then allowed me in my own time to make a decision, then went through the purchase very thoroughly. Couldn't ask for better service.

The sales assistant Paul was extremely knowledgeable in respect of the products we viewed. Only offered an opinion on products if asked. There was no pressure to select a product. There was a competitor store close by but I felt that the product that I had chosen and information given and price comparison would not be bettered. On the whole it was a pleasant experience and the fact that I had spent £1198 when I had anticipated £800-£900 didn't seem to painful

We came back to this store because we know we would get great service. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. They know their products which helps us decide on what to purchase.

Our experience was seamless, our sales assistant was friendly & very knowledgeable about all products, he listened to our needs and requirements giving us options, allowing us make an informed decision and choice. Excellent service all round.

The sales assistant was very helpful and spent some time explaining all the options to us. In the end he helped mix and match a bed, hedboard and mattress to meet our needs.

Stanley who served me was extremely helpful patient and knowledgeable. He spent time showing me the options available according to my needs. He greeted me as I arrived. I explained what I was looking for and he walked me round the store after offering me a drink .

Staff very attentive and knowledge and friendly without being overbearing.

The salesman was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about his products . He also showed lots of patience as we explored the various products in the shop , and offered us a tea or coffee if we wanted .

Paul was really helpful showing us different colours and getting us to lay on the different mattresses and explaining the differences
