Dreams - Southend

Fro my the moment we walked in we were welcomed and assisted with what we was looking for. We didn't feel pressured at all and there were pleanty of colleagues around to help. They were very understanding of our two small children running about. They didn't make us feel anxious about that which is sonething I have experienced in other shops. Paul was very friendly and extremely helpful. Overall a great experience of what can be a very stressful time.

Alex was very helpful knew lots on all different kinds and types of products that were available in the shop as we went through pretty much all the different ranges of mattresses on offer as well as the bed we wanted. All the staff were Very welcoming on arrival and introduced themselves, we had tea and coffee while we sorted out the paperwork ect so catered to all our needs on the day so very pleased!!!!!!

The service was very good and nothing was too much trouble

Told us all about the TVs bed and showed us how it worked and then showed us mattresses to suit us and let us lay on some so we could feel how firm they are and also made us a cup of coffee he was very helpful would go there again

Your assistant (Paul) spent time with us ,and we were never under any pressure to buy at any time. He explained the make up of the different mattresses. we were very happy with the sale at the end.

Information given was relevant, staff were focused on us and not something else (unlike the store next door). Product was more ideal.

A nice friendly sales assistant, He spoke plainly with out to much sales speak. He spoke in terms I could understand to make the right decisions. I actually spent more than I intended, but I think I got a better product.

The whole process was easy, I was shown mattresses that were suitable for my needs, allowed to try, and shown numerous bases, the ordering was quick, the price for all the services was highly competitive.

Stanley was awesome, he said "hi" straight away we've got in the store and offerd a hot drink, seemed extremely helpful from the first minute. He always kept an eye on us even if he was busy with someone else, we just felt important. We couldn't ask anything he didn't know the answer for and I am kinda hard to deal with, i always have a tons of question about everything. Thank you for the awesome experience !
