Your shop assistant Stan is a credit to you, in fact it is probably because of him that I placed an order. He served me the last time and his level of commitment was the same as last time

Alex was really helpful from the moment he greeted us, he even served us tea in bed! It was really easy to whittle our choices down because of the range of alternatives to try - we even carried the pillows round with us to try them as well, which we ended up buying as well!

There was plenty of choice of beds in both type and cost. The assistant who served us was knowledgeable, helpful, patient and totally non-pushy. We had attentive service.

Very friendly, easy to talk to, knowledgeable and does not "push you" into something you do not want, BUT no doughnuts offered with a cuppa !!!!
