Staff very amenable and easy to deal with, along with being very informative regarding our purchases (and other options). Didn't feel pressured or hassled at all. Overall, very pleasant experience throughout.

The sales person knew his products and took time to explore what our exact requirements were. We were encouraged to try the products and made to feel very comfortable with this otherwise embarrassing step. We were even supplied with a pillow for this exercise.

We knew what we were looking for and made two trips, one to browse and one to then order. Both times staff were efficient and knowledgeable and when we ordered the process was seamless. We didn't feel pressured or rushed. An overall enjoyable experience.

We were shown different matresses, and the attendant Charles explained the different qualities of the matresses and all relevant information regarding the matresses. All of this in a very polite maner.

Staff friendly and quick and willing to help. They were not pushy into making us buy anything and they were extremely informative and had lots of knowledge about the products. Gave us time to think about what products we wanted to buy and answered any queries we had well. this is my 3rd time purchasing from dreams in southend and overall very happy with the service so far. also a quick turnaround for a delivery time which we will be receiving next weekend.

Me and my partner entred the store had a a little look around and was approached by Charles in a reasonable amount of time. My partner has had back surgery recently and we explained our needs to him. He went through the different types of mattresses and also the store lay out with helped massively. When enter shops sometimes you just don't know where to start. We got a feel for the place and Charles lets use have a browse offering us a tea and coffee which is a very nice touch and makes you feel very welcoming. We tried a few mattresses and narrowed it down to two. Charles offer us the pillows but unfortunately we had already orded a few on an online purchases a few days before hand. At not one point did we feel rushed. The knolage Charles provided us on the day really help imus decided what we needed and was very understanding knowing my partners condition. I will be shopping and dreams southend again as it nice to feel relaxed and welcomedand not rushed or bothered.

From the moment we entered the store we were looked after by Stan who was friendly and informative and helped us in our choice of bed.
