We were dealt with promptly by a knowledgeable salesman who explained quickly and concisely what the product we were looking at did (fold out bed) and the options available.

The assistant was very friendly not at all pushy answered all questions then said be at the end of store if require anymore help, and left us to decide, which was great nothing worse than assistant hovering next to you.

The customer rep (Neil) was open, and made the experience pleasant.

We did not know what beds we were looking for but Alex , after greeting us, let us look around for a while saying to call him if we needed assistance. He was a with us when we asked and spent a long time explaining all the different beds that might suit our needs. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Once we had made up our minds he took us to the desk to go through the order and delivery details offering us a cup of tea/coffee which was a very nice gesture. A very enjoyable couple of hours spent and beds found and ordered.

Ease of access to store and extreme helpfulness of assistant

Stanley was very friendly and although originally trying to sell us his favourite product, he listened to our requests and understood what our preference was and led us to the correct items for us. He was friendly and patient...I had three children with me and he managed to stay professional and friendly throughout. He entertained the children, offered drinks and made the experience so good that we purchased our items instead of having to go home and think about it when the kids were in bed and we could finally think. Also convinced us to buy some fab cushions which I am so looking forward to using. Overall a pleasant shopping trip and items purchased within record time.
