The Assistant, Charles who greeted us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He did not pressure us, he gave us tea and the same pillow I have to allow good comparison to be made while checking the mattresses of the type we were interested in

Stanley was friendly, helpful and understood my needs

We were greeted by Paul who was friendly, helpful but definitely not pushy. He was most knowledgeable and took time to familiarise us with types of beds (our first visit). We were given a cup of tea, all the help we needed and time to think about the choices. Once our decision was made, pillows and other accessories, a longer warranty etc were also mentioned.

Neil could not have been more helpful. His level of service was second to none and I felt that I was the only customer he had to deal with. Excellent!

We had just visited a competitor store where the pull out bed was going to cost 3 times more than we are paying at Dreams and were won over on this point. Instant help and good treatment - well done.
