On entering we were offered a cup of coffee. What a good start! Gabrielle, the girl who offered thids was very helpful! Paul showed us round and described in detail everything on show, So we were able to make our minds up feeling we knew exactly what we were looking at without feeling pressured or rushed. He was friendly and helpful. This was a very happy and pleasant experience. Well done Dreams..

I was greeted by Michelle who was very friendly and helpful, even going as far as offer me a tea or coffee. It was all done inside fifteen minutes.

Being an ex salesperson I found your staff friendly and not at all pushy. I was offered refreshment, different pillows to try and time to make sure that the mattress I chose suited my needs. Thank you.
