The product we chose was fantastic, met our needs and is very comfortable. Chelle was a delight to work with as well :) offered us coffee and made us feel very relaxed

As soon as we arrived at the store a helpful assistant came to help us who was very knowledgeable about the products and steered us in the direction of exactly what we were looking for.

Friendly service without any pressure sell. Advisors took time to understand what we required and took us through the various options. His knowledge was excellent.

A man called Neil helped me out with my order and was great at explaining everything to me. He was great as my son was adamant that he wanted a bunk bed and Neil helped me to persuade my son that a bunk bed wouldn't fit but a bed within a bed would. Neil was very good with my son and I ended up buying the bed I wanted to.

Went into the store to see if they had the type of bed I wanted and was approached by a lovely assistant who showed us what we were looking for, explained we could have different mattresses on the bed and asked us if we wanted to have time to look around on our own, which we did but as soon as we had finished she was available again to answer our questions and take our order. A very good experience.
