Extremely friendly and helpful staff

Assistant was knowledable and helpful.

The knowledge of the staff member was excellent he explained about every bed that we tried out. He could tell you what each bed was made of and the knowledge was exactly what we wanted to hear.

I knew what I wanted and planned to be in and out without a fuss. I had already researched what I wanted online and yet worry that staff will try to up sell me when I get there. But not at all. Excellent service I was home again in half an hour.

The sales assistant was really helpful and showed me what was what then left me alone to try the mattresses so I could choose the right one. I didn't feel pressured or rushed.

Alex was very informative and was knowledgeable on all mattresses he gave us impartial advice and understood our needs. He was very helpful every step of the way and took the time to help us make an informed purchase without any pressure

The assistant (Michelle) not only showed us the option we thought we wanted, but also alternatives and then did her best to ensure we got what we needed in terms of delivery and other services.

The staff were able to answer the specific questions we had.The products we required were in store and available.We received help as required and received an efficient and professional level of service.
