Good service and friendly staff

Staff were very friendly and helpful, but we were not pestered, only gave help when requested. The store was well laid out

This was the first time I had been a 'grown up' and tried out mattresses beforehand (I bought online previously) so I had lots of questions and had done a lot of research online before coming to the store. Upon arrival Paul came up to meet us and immediately showed me the bed I had been looking at online. He then very patiently and painstakingly went over the mattresses with me. One I had looked at online wasn't in the store so he showed me a similar one and it turned out I didn't like it. He showed me another which felt amazing and it turned out to be the other one I looked at online which was very highly rated. I was very surprised when Paul said it could be delivered the following Saturday as I was expecting longer. I can't recommend Paul highly enough, his customer service was just fantastic and he even offered us tea whilst we went through the paperwork! I would definitely go back to Paul for any future needs and if I'm lucky enough to win the draw I will definitely buy him a beer to say thank you!

The choice and quality is good and the sales assistant was excellent in your shop at the Southend Airport Retail park.

Very good service from the assistant Alex at the Southend airport store. Demonstrated all options of firmness of matresses and had a very knowledgeable history of Tempur products and their ongoing research.

Staff member (Chelle) was friendly and welcoming, made coffee for one of us while we waited and was very helpful in talking us through the order we placed.

There was a wide range of quality products on display in the store. The Dreams member of staff (Paul at Southend) was very knowledgeable and friendly and explained all the possible combinations. He did not put any pressure on us but was available for any questions. He even remembered us and the bed we purchased over 4 years ago.
