Went in at 10 am as soon as store had opened only us and one other couple in store so felt safe Graham approached us for a welcome chat then left us to wonder around without any pressure. Once we had decided what we want we called Graham for help and he was really great. Once ordering with him he took his time explaining everything to us in great detail,

Graham was very helpful; he was very knowledgeable and did not try and sell us the most expensive bed. We would like to thank him for his help

Kelly was fantastic and so honest in her help and assistance. For a hot Friday night, she could have just left us to browse but her help was exactly what we needed and she then allowed us time to ourselves to endlessly go back and forth between our narrowed down choices without fear of out staying our welcome.

I was highly satisfied with the great service we received from your agent in the shop. He couldnt have been more helpful without being pushy. Let us try all the beds and agreed with us that it was a big decision to make when it's getting a good comfortable bed for the next few years

Fabulous store assistant. She was attentive but not pushy or smothering and listened to my needs and gave feedback that was easy to understand to help me make the right decision. I also used the calculator to ensure I was buying the correct mattress for my needs. I continued to buy additional products and was offered a delivery date in just a few days. So very helpful and took the stress out of going into a store and buying in the current climate. Thank you
