Dreams - Southend

I suffer with fibromyalgia and chronic arthritis, have terrible neck pain into my shoulder, I new I needed to get a good pillow, walked into dreams store, Rochford, where I was greeted by Chelle, she was so thorough, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, after testing different pillows, by laying down on them, she helped me so much to choose the right one (was the most expensive one) but today I woke up with the pain reduced and a brilliant nights sleep, which I haven't had for a long time. Thank you Chelle.

Michelle was our assistant , she was excellent from the start . Very helpful and knew exactly what to show us when we explained our requirements. Would definitely recommend this store( Southend).

The assistant Chelle was really helpful without being at all pushy. She listened and gave me plenty of time to try out the mattresses. She explained clearly about deliveries and gave me advice about mattress protectors too.

We were greeted by Alex who asked if he could be of assistance,we told him roughly our requirements he gave us information and then left us to try for ourselves.He did not pester us at all but asked if he could be of any further assistance.Alex spent a considerable amount of time explaining the differences between our selected mattreses.Alex could not have been more helpful,and finally we decided on our choice.

We were very impressed with every aspect of our purchase from beginning to end.Chellie greeted us as soon as we came in the door . She did not push herself but told us that she was there to help if we needed her. She was easy to talk to and was able to answer any queries we had. She was extremely patient which made us feel , as older buyers that we were not a nuisance if we asked the same questions a couple of times!. Chellie helped us to purchase a king size mattress and we felt as if we had made the right choice. She is a credit to your company , knowledgable, approachable and friendly. Margaret & Eddie Wilmot
