Paul the gentleman who sold me the bed was knowledgable friendly and available. I went there twice hoping to find him again whilst I had thought about my purchase. The gentleman Shaun and Kyle who set up the bed were professionnal fast on time and wore special shoes in the house great job

Came to the store to get my son who has disabilities and autism, the lady that served us was brilliant she was very helpful kind and helped in every was to assist in buying the new bed, the price was really good and delivery when we wanted it would recommend the Southend store

Initially we went to a different Company to purchase a bed an had infact paid a deposit. We decided to pop to Dreams for a second opinion on our choice as we had some doubts. The salesman Alex was so helpful and informative we realised that we had made a mistake in ordering from the first shop and subsequently cancelled the order and returned to Dreams. We ended up purchasing the same mattress but on this occasion was completely satisfied that it was right for us as we had been shown and tested many other mattresses, which we hadn't with the first Company. We wasn't expecting such a good, friendly and knowledgeable service, didn't realise Dreams was such a credible Company, how wrong we were !
