We knew exactly what we wanted. We did some research on line before deciding it would be easier to visit the store. We went to a competitor shop (Bensons), although they had a product it was expensive. The price of the equivalent in Dreams was highly competitive and we are satisfied with our purchase.

The staff were friendly, we were made to feel very welcome, and they were highly competent in their role. They helped us to pick the appropriate firmness and style of bed to meet our needs for comfort and support, while making accommodations for our budget. This made us feel like valued customers!

Chelle made us feel at home and comfortable from the moment we walked through the door. She is so knowledgeable about all the products and gave us the tempur history as we went along. She wasn't at all pushy but was available to help us out with any questions we had. She is a lovely woman but please give the poor woman a jacket to wear as she was freezing.

The experience we recived was very good the man that served us was great and very helpfull with the question we ask him and give us some good advice about looking after the mattress

Neil was extremely professional from start to finish. His product knowledge was exceptional and I found his sales technique not to be pushful(I would of walked if this was as I hate pushy salesmen)I found the overall experience delightful and I am extremely excited to sleep in my new bed.
