Dreams - Southend

We were given time to view and consider the different beds we were looking to purchase. All the different options were given to us and there was no pressure to purchase anything we didn't want. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating to us all especially my 2 year old daughter who was shown a colouring book and pencils to entertain her through the less than exciting paperwork parts.

A sales person came to us straight away and offered help. We knew the make we wanted and he was able to check availability immediately and complete our order. Overall our purchase took less than 30 minutes and the staff were extremely efficient and very friendly. We had bought from Dreams before and had no hesitation in returning. Excellent service

I had an idea of what I thought I wanted in a bed, but, through the colleagues brilliant knowledge & with me trying the mattresses out, I realised that what I thought I wanted, I didn't actually like. I actually preferred a completely different mattress, which was so much better than my previous thoughts. The atmosphere in the store was really relaxed and calm, which allowed me to have a great experience.

Paul was great offered drinks when we turned up was really friendly, asked the right questions and knowledge of the beds that dreams sell is amazing listened to what we wanted for a bed was brilliant at his job. going though our details was really smooth just a really good experience. (deserves a pay rise ;-))

The Assistant Chelle and store manager Charles were very helpful without giving a hard pushy sale.

Very impressed with the stores manager on our first visit very helpful not too pushy. This made us want to return the next day to view the product again but wanted to be served by the same person- Charles. He greeted us when we entered the store & made me a welcoming cup of tea.

I chose the Erin bunk bed for which I paid 520 after 20% discount because we bought mattress from Dreams but other sites had exactly the same bed for £419. I feel like I have been overcharged.

Paul was very helpful as soon as we started to look at the mattresses. Nice approach, no sleazy attitude, just polite and cheerful. So many places have grumpy staff especially on sundays, not the southend store, friendly, helpful and down to earth approach which made us feel comfortable. We were offered a drink and a penguin biscuit bar! awesome experience and hope the mattress is just as good. top effort everyone. thank you
