Very helpful staff but not pushy a lovely relaxed service

Upon entering the store the staff member asked what we were looking for and showed us various options. The staff member was very friendly(even giving us a cup of tea and chocolate biscuit)and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and after we'd narrowed it down let us try out our 2 favourites and came back to find out how we were doing. The ordering process was quick and easy. I would certainly recommend Dreams at Southend airport to family and friends.

Upon entering the store the staff member was very helpful and friendly(even giving us a cup of tea and chocolate biscuit) and she was also knowledgeable about the various beds and mattresses explaining the differences between them. We didn't feel rushed and was giving time to try the beds without any pressure. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Dreams at Southend airport to friends and family.

The sales associate, Michelle, was excellent. She helped me to understand the different types of mattress and then showed me various ones to try. She even gave me a pillow similar to the ones I have at home to help with the overall feel. ( I bought one) as well as the new mattress. She even offered me coffee, excellent customer service.

Both Alex and Chelle we incredibly focused on us and very polite, knowledgeable and helpful
