Very good range of products from which to choose, ample opportunity to test in store and excellent customer service from the sales assistant.

The store was very nice, the staff were very friendly, we had a cup of tea and got offered a penguin. We were helped by Alex who was very nice and really knows his stuff and made us laugh which is always good.

Charles was really helpful he explained the system really clearly and gave us time to look properly without being pestered

Having brought a matters from you in 2012 the staff were able to find what we had purchased previously and make recommendations based on our needs. We both have bad backs and need something to help with our conditions. Paul was not pushy and spent time showing us all in the range that he thought would meet our needs.

We were very satisfied with Chelle who answered our questions, described the products on offer and led us through the order process. In particular we thought she was really friendly, natural and approachable and we didn't feel uncomfortable/pressured at any point.

The Salesman Paul was very knowledgeable and spent time assisting us to make our final choice. There was no pressure put on us to make our decision quickly or to actually buy on the day (we did order a mattress on the day of our visit).
