Alex made us a nice cup of tea. He knew his stuff and processed the order quickly.

Paul in the Southend branch was fantastic. He took the time to listen to our needs, knew everything about the products and related that to our needs. He was not pushy at all and gave us time to sample a few mattresses. Paul talked us through each stage thoroughly. He is a credit to Dreams.

The bloke so who served us was lovely and chatted to us, explained about each mattress and let us try them out with pillows also! Very friendly and very easy to talk to! Happy with it!
