It was a very busy time at the shop but the staff made sure that everyone was taken care of The sales rep was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the correct type of mattress for our needs At no time did we feel hurried a good experience and would recommend this particular shop to anyone needing help in choosing a very important piece of furniture

Kelly was amazing, I have always shopped online for a mattress but coming into store was so much better. We were made to feel super comfortable trying all the different matress types and Kelly was very informative.

Our first time visiting Dreams for a new bed. Graham at the store was very helpful and related his knowledge about the products easily and most helpfully. There was no pressure from Graham to make a purchase just genuine interest in finding us the correct bed,base and headboard.

I walked pin looking for a bed/mattress. Left 20 minutes later with a new bed, mattress, 2 pillows and a quilt
