I took my 93 year old uncle to by a mattress& everything went very well because the sales gentleman was courteous & extremely helpfully. We purchased exactly what we wanted then paid& arranged a delivery date that suited this very old couple& & then went & bought a cup of tea to celebrate!

I found exactly what I wanted within 5 minutes of entering the store. My kind of shopping!

Courtesy of assistant. Welcomed to the store. Refreshments offered. Offered trial with pillows. No hard pressure sales. Good product knowledge.

Received great advice on type of mattress that would be suitable for my daughter and would also be safe for the bed we selected. Beautiful bed. My daughter was very happy when we left the store.

Paul, the shop assistant was friendly, helpful and was able to advise us with the type of bed we wanted for our needs and showed us a few beds to try out. The process to purchase was straight forward although he had some difficulty with the bank dealing with the finances which was resolved and not his fault. The connection over the internet was delayed. We were also offered a cup of tea whilst we placed our order.

The sales person was so funny and he laughed at my husbands crazy jokes !!! We spent ages in the shop then came back later on in the day and he still remembered us . Even offered us a cool drink . Absolutely brilliant service thank you ☺️
