From the salesman to the delivery driver the service was excellent friendly and helpful

The Sales Assistant (Alex) was very knowledgable on the products and understood my needs. I felt as though he wasn't pushing me to buy the most expensive item (even though I did go for the Tempur mattress) but wanted to make sure I purchased the right item for my needs.

Heather was extremely helpful,showed us a varied choice of beds .very knowledgeable on the different types of mattresses,also gave us space to talk things over in private so we could decide without pressure. Very good experience even down to a nice coffee, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Paul was very helpful and put no pressure on us to make a purchase he just gave assistance and advise where we needed it. We were greeted on entering the shop and offered a drink by Paul. We discussed pillows with Paul but did not require these on this occassion and all our needs were meet.

The gentleman who assisted us (Paul) was extremely helpful, friendly, patient and his knowledge of the products on offer was excellent. Our bed has not yet arrived as we only placed our order today, but hopefully the quality of the product will match the customer service we received in the store today. In these times of major on-line shopping it is reassuring that good customer service can still be found in stores. We went to a couple of other stores after we had visited, just to compare products and the customer service was either over the top pressure selling or just ignored! So we went straight back to Paul who helped and advised us in choosing a mattress to go with the bed we had picked. I can find it very difficult to make decisions but I can honestly say he helped us make an informed decision and he was so patient.

The name of the shop is Dreams and the service was how dreams are made. We were in a bit of a rush and the shop assistant was so helpful.

I have bought all my families beds and mattresses from dreams and have always had fabulous service from the staff
