We arrived at store just before closing time. The assistant Heather gave us all of her attention was very helpful finding the right bed and mattress . I went back the following day and purchased what we had seen the day before.

Greeted as soon as I entered Store. Offered a cup of tea for my wife and I Tried 5 beds for comfort, two pillows supplied There was no pressure to purchase a bed,Just told to take my time. All questions answered honestly and clearly. Sales assistant (Paul) friendly, cheerful and helpful.

Heather was extremely helpful and not pushy at all, she had our satisfaction in mind instead of pushing a sale which made us feel comfortable to purchase a product.

Very helpful staff - we visited on a Saturday & returned the following Monday. We saw Heather both times - she explained about the different mattresses, price ranges & also gave us different pillows to try with the mattresses. A couple of other colleagues joined in and made it a nice relaxed experience. We were also given time on our own to think & when we said we we think things over weren't put under any pressure to make a purchase. This is one of the reasons we returned & sought out Heather again.

The sales staff and in particular the guy who completed my purchase were very professional and friendly. They said good morning then backed off to let me browse and then came straight over when they could see I was ready for help. They assisted me with a discount for cash and made the whole purchase experience pleasant and easy.
