As soon as I enter the store, heather approached me with a friendly smile asking if I needed help. When I said I was looking for a mattress and wanting a firm one with no springs. She gladly showed me the selection of mattress they got and explained the difference between each item. She was also quite patient with my ten year old triplets who has been trialling almost all of the beds and wanting to persuade me to get what they want that they were becoming noisy. While I was busy looking around, my husband was sitting waiting for me and heather offered him a cup of tea.

We saw the bed we wanted at the price we were willing to pay, once decided we were offered the first available delivery date which we accepted.
