Paul greeted us straight away and asked if we needed assistance. We browsed for a while but he kept himself available to answer all our questions. He has good knowledge of all the products. He also offered us a coffee while we were making our minds up. He also advised on pillows which we did not purchase. We were very pleased with the service he gave us.
