The assistant Heather, had a good knowledge of products and was understanding of the reason for my purchase (for a spare bedroom). She was patient and willing to try various combinations of items to maximise value for money but retaining high quality.

Greeted by friendly assistant who listened to my needs and helped me make a decision of which mattress to purchase

I was greeted with a smile and assisted in a non pushy way,which made it a pleasure to shop.Paul was extremely helpful in finding the right mattress and tracking down pillows I required which were not stocked at this store.

My trip to the store was fantastic. I came across a product I saw online and being a customer for some while I thought I’d go into store. The colleague who assisted me, Heather truly delivered an exceptional service and really went above and beyond. She didn’t rush, took her time, answered all the questions I had and even offered me a bottle of water which was really sweet. When you are spending x amount on a bed you get that extra level of satisfaction when colleagues are able to demonstrate a great service. Thank you again for your help that day.

Staff very helpful and friendly made welcome offered refreshments discussed other things weather etc not just business staff concerned for my wifes safety as using walking frame and understood her mattress needs.
