Very friendly staff, did not pressurise us or keep bothering us. Was very knowledgeable about the products

I went in to the store and a sales man helped me a lot, and I went away for a week and needed a head board for a bed and came back because the service was so good. I could have got cheaper but I think sometimes the staff malarkey a massive difference.

The assistant that helped us was straight with us, knew all of the available products based on our requirements without looking and was great with the kids.

I thought Heather was very friendly and helpful, we knew what mattress we wanted to buy but she made sure she went through all of the alternatives. Would really recommend anyone to use the Southend Airport dreams store.

I was very happy with the service that was provided by Heather & Dreams. We were made to feel special when visiting the store. we were offered drinks and was also left alone as well as assists so we could make our right choice without any hard selling
