Heather at the southend airport store was absolutely fantastic, she asked what we were looking for and showed us all the options , the bed was for my son who at 15 is a little fussy but she was very patient and helpful in getting the right bed for him. Heather was very professional but also friendly in her manner, its so nice to be treated well and i only wish there were more Heathers in the other stores I shop in!! She is great assett to your company. I was also pleased with the range of products you offer and thought the products were reasonably priced.

The colleague was extremely friendly and we felt she genuinely cared that we got the right bed at the best possible price. Also the quality of the products was better than other bed stores we tried.

We were greeted soon after we arrive. The member of staff was helpful and knowledgeable and showed us the product we were interested in buying. He was happy to answer our questions and also showed us other product to complement the mattess (Tempur pillows, mattress protector and sheets etc) we were also offered tea or coffee and the whole ordering process was made as stress free as possible. A pain free experience.

The member of staff who helped us was knowledgeable and friendly. We were offered a range of services at a price we were happy with. Our new mattress will be delivered within two weeks and our old one taken away with no extra cost. A great service all round.

We were not sure what we wanted but talking to your assistant guided us through our requirements.
