Customer service was amazing our needs were listened to & then our options discussed. At no point were we pressured into making a decision & we were given time to consider our options

We originally visited the store to look at options, but the assistant was so helpful we ended up purchasing a bed.

A member of staff greeted me as i walked in the door and helped me order the bed i knew i wanted to order. Quick and friendly service!

Paul who served me was very polite and knew the products. Found exactly what i was looking for and help me with my purchase. Offered a drink to me and my girlfriend while we sorted finance and talked me through all my options. Problem with the connection to the bank was sorted swiftly and was no fault of the people in store. Would highly recommend Paul to anyone looking for a bed.

On entering the store we were approached by Paul who was very helpful and very knowledgeable of the products. After we had made our decision to purchase the Tempur Cooltouch Hybrid Elite 25D Mattress we were invited to have a seat and were offered a drink. Paul then went through the various details and we decided to then add two Tempur Pillows. We arranged the delivery of the Matress at a suitable date. Extremely satisfied with our visit to Dreams.

We attended the store and within seconds Paul greeted us! We were offered drinks while we discussed our needs and were impressed with Paul's product knowledge and attention to detail. We were swiftly shown the products that met our requirements and he was happy to answer all of our questions. Ordering our chosen bed was clear and quick with limited fuss, after Paul discussed other products that we might benefit from such as pillows and bedding for our specific needs as my partner has a disability. We intend to return to the store in the near future to purchase these items.

The sales colleague took time to explain the differences between the mattresses available and was very patient as we took a long time over our decision.
