Paul from the store put us at ease from the start. He answered all our queries, and showed us the mattress selecter computer and then which ones would be best for us. He was knowledgeable about all the products and gave us the best advice and help so we could make our choice.

The sales assistant Maria was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the products as well as being really friendly.

Paul was great. Really knowledgeable and attentive but in no way pushy so you felt relaxed & able to take time.

We felt safe coming into the store regarding covid restrictions. We were approached by Neil in the Rochford Retail Park store who was extremely knowledgable and polite but didnt pressurize us to make any hasty decisions, he detailed every item we wanted to purchase and made us feel comfortable.
