Our salesman was very helpful. He came over and said Hello, when we walked in. He offered us a drink, helped us pick beds and pillows to try. He could not do enough to help. He let us have a look round, then came back to help. His knowledge of mattresses etc. was very good, and helped us make our choices. His name was Paul.

We visited the Dreams Southend Store on the 1st September and were greeted by Paul. We explained our bed had been broken and were in need of something quite specific. Within minutes Paul had shortlisted three beds for us to try and also helped up pick one that would be delivered in the quickest time. He made a very stressful situation pleasant and enjoyable and for that we are extremely thankful
