Charles who dealt with my husband and I was very helpful and patient. He was very friendly gave us a pillow so that we could try out the beds. He also offered us a drink.

I explained what I needed, was given a seat, order placed and paid for without any problem. I was offered a drink by the salesman, Paul, and left soon afterwards happy with my purchase.

The manger Charles who assisted us was very knowlegeable and helpful in assisting us chossing the bed.
