Because Alex at the store at the Airport Industrial Estate in Southend-on-Sea was so very helpful, patient and knowledgeable.

On arrival , feeling daunted by the choice of mattresses available, we were greeted by Paul who , in an unobtrusive manner , managed to provide us with all the information we needed to choose the right mattress to suit us. He offered us coffee, showed us what was available, gave us time to consider, intervening only when appropriate. I left with an amazing new pillow and our mattress was delivered days later. Paul’s sales technique was extremely impressive and we were glad to have had such a positive experience.

I’ve experienced good and bad customer service over the year here and in the USA and I must say that our experience at Dreams and how we were dealt with in the store is one of the best retail experience I’ve had in many years and is very highly commended - thank you! I believe lessons can be learn d by the sales staff and store in Southend!

Charles the manager was more than helpful , and his knowledge of the products was second to none. All in all it was a very satisfying experience for my husband and myself.

Paul was most helpful and very knowledgeable about the type of bed that we wanted and gave us all the information that we needed to help us choose the best bed for us.

Paul was great from the moment we walked in the door. Highly knowledgeable, knew what we were looking for and gave us different options. When asked about a discount instead of going through Quidco, he matched it.

When I arrived, I was greeted but not hounded as some sales people do. I explained to your assistant about my old beds type of mattress & he fully understood the make & how it was made. He clearly explained the technical aspects of how mattresses are made & showed me two choices which met my needs. He was non pushy, clearly spoken, friendly, helpful & professional. Ordering my new mattress plus some extras was straightforward & easy, as was arranging a convenient delivery date. Excellent service to date. Just hope it arrives on time, yet I feel confident it will.

We were served by your representative Heather. My wife and I were very impressed with her knowledge help and explanation of the various mattresses we tried before making our choice. There was no pressure from her, a bonus so far as we are concerned as we would have walked out since in truth our original intention was just to see what was available as we needed to replace our current mattress at sometime. Very pleasant to speak to extremely polite supplying pillows as we tested the three mattresses she suggested based on our requirements and providing us with a drink as we finalised our purchase. One final point. It is fair to say that her approach etc. was our reason for going ahead with the purchase
