Paul greeted us in a friendly manner. He was a natural and helped us and My father-in-law to purchase separate beds. He was extremely patient with all of us and explained exactly what we could look for by explaining the pricing colour code structure in a very easy manner. He was not at all pushy which made for a pleasant experience. Paul was great with us offering is a drink and when we had sorted my father-in-law order out kindly made a cup of tea for him and settled him down in a comfy chair while we looked around ourselves. We had exactly the same experience and found it very useful to hear about the selection of pillows which we will certainly invest in in the future. Overall a really pleasing shopping experience. I went within the last hour before store closed , we were unrushed , staff were friendly and helpful in talking about certain beds and mattresses I spoke about , happy to let us wander about and browse , than very helped with making my purchase. Also my son brought a double bed last year from dreams and was highly happy .

Popped in on the off chance as way on way to Argos next door to buy a matress, was given a cordial and helpful welcome upon entering the store

I was very impressed with Paul and how he dealt with me and my partners different requirements and had a great knowledge of the products on offer and had a slight sense of humour about him which brightened the dull rainy day
