Paul really helped us to make an informed decision about the type of mattered we liked - gave us plenty of choice, advice and space when we needed it to try the mattresses out and think about what we wanted, as we didn’t have a clue when we walked in! We weren’t necessarily intending to buy today, but Paul’s help and advice, without being pushy at all, helped in our decision to take the plunge!

I booked an appointment by internet. When I arrived and said I had an appointment the store manager greeted me by name. He spent time understanding our needs. We then spent time trying matresses. We were not rushed or pressured. All in all the service could not be bettered.

Paul was very helpful showed us round the store explained everything to us. Not like the Basildon store very rude member of staff not helpful that is why I went to southend would never go back to basildon

Dealt with by Heather. She quickly established what we were looking for. She then spent time explaining various combinations of beds and mattresses available at different prices. She pointed out the different features of the products to enable us to make our choice and obtain the best deal for us. Heather was knowledgeable about the different features and was able to point out features that we were not aware of. The experience was altogether pleasant for us and we left the store with the feeling of having received excellent service.

Im 83 and Heather was very good with me and quickly found the right bed.

Very knowledgeable helpful friendly assistant manager with the patience of a saint as my husband tested so many mattresses. Made us a cup of tea and didn't pressure or rush us to make a decision.
