Fantastic service provided by Paul. We were able to test the mattress using the machine and could then find the right one we needed

From the moment I walked into the store I was made to feel welcome. Paul who I dealt with was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He was very patient and took the time to explain the differences between the different beds and mattresses. Nothing was too much trouble. I am looking forward to receiving my new bed.

We were looking for a mattress and the assistant explained all we needed to know about the different types and then left us to try. Which was appreaciated as we didnt feel pressured. She then helped again once we had narrowed it down and then helped with our final choice and purchase. Overall a highly satisfactory experience.

The assistance was excellent and spent time understanding our needs and letting us try out lots of options.
