Friendly, knowledgeable staff. No pushy sales techniques meant we were free to browse the shop at leisure.

I had booked an appointment with Heather in the Southend Dreams at 10.15am. Which she was on time for and I was out by 10.50am which is great with a big smile on my face with a new Tempur mattress 2 new Tempur pillows all bought with a discount which was perfect. And to then be told your dilvery will be with me in 2 weeks time was amazing. Thank you Heather.

Heather was very helpful. Directed me to relevant bed to meet my needs. It was in stock so took the same day

Salesperson wasn’t pushy just gave us different options and explained the quality of the product

Called in on the off chance to have a look at mattresses, was pleasantly surprised by the prices listed and assistant was very helpful without being pushy.

We were warmly welcomed by members of staff as we entered the store, but they were happy to let us browse like we requested until we needed their advice and help. Alex served us and he was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice on purchasing our new mattress.
