Attentive sales staff who were knowledgable and not pushy.

Staff were friendly, helpful but also gave us space to look at beds on our own! Ie not too pushy! The showroom was well set out and it was easy to see the difference between different types of mattresses.

We needed a new mattress but were unsure what mattress would suit our needs. Paul assisted us without fault. He made recommendations encouraging us to try different mattresses explaining the difference. He backed away without being asked so my husband and I could discuss what we thought. Paul was very patient as we were ussure. We had time and opportunity to try various mattresses before choosing the right one.

I ordered our new bed on the second visit, on Boxing Day. Both sales persons I saw were very knowledgeable and assisted us on making our final choice, ebpven down to the fact that they measured the bed for us to check out sizes. Nothing was too much trouble, and even when we had ordered our main bed every help was given in the same selection for a sofa bed that we also purchased. Paul at Southend was very helpful.
