Paul was great. Explaining everything to perfection

Porchia and colleagues explained everything to us and helped us to choice right mattress suitable for us. Helped us to go around the tire to try the mattresses until we found the one we wanted. They have arranged to collect our old bed. Very satisfied with excellent customer service.

Clear and informative staff

I visited the Dreams store in Southend-on-sea looking to purchase a new bed for my first ever flat. Paul was more than happy to help us as soon as he saw us looking overwhelmed by all of the choices. He asked me lots of questions about my preferences, size of the bed, headboard, storage requirements. He made it very easier to narrow the beds down to a few of the best options for me. He then took me through the sleep simulator and was able to help me pick out a super comfy mattress. The process of booking in a delivery slot and paying my deposit was quick and easy and I will definitely be recommend the Dreams experience to friends and family. Thank you Paul!

We found the whole experience very good was impressed by the technology of the equipment for finding out what bed would suit The staff were good not pushy but answered all questions and were very efficient felt very comfortable. Was offered waters given pillows to try which helped.

Paul showed us the different types of bed we were looking for. He understood exactly what we wanted and what we didn't want, and reacted accordingly. He couldn't have been more helpful. He gave us plenty of time to look around, and then took our order when we had decided what we wanted.

As soon as we walked threw the door there was someone ready to ask us what we was looking for. Showed us the sleep machine explained what it does and how it helps us choose what mattress. Once used they then showed us mattresses which was best for us so cut down a lot of trying all different mattresses. Was just overall very helpful and satisfying to get what you want a lot easier than I thought it was going to be
