There was plenty of choice of beds and mattresses to choose from. The assistant Paul was very helpful and listened to our needs. He suggested alternatives and was happy to give us time to decide which products suited our needs and requirements best.

Pro's: Staff are knowledgable, friendly and quick to help Con's: Dreams doesn't offer click & collect, which could have been annoying if the product wasn't available in the store that we visited.
