Because of the initial contact by your sales staff who greeted us upon entry to the store and allowed us to browse unhindered until we had a need for some information and was re-approached by Alex who was extremely helpful, friendly and informative as well as supplying a much needed cup of coffee while explaining the pro's and cons of the different mattresses

We were served by Paul, I was a bit worried when going into the store as there was nobody else in there and thought we would be targeted with the usual full on sales pitch. But Paul came over and just asked what we were looking for. He pointed us in the right direction of the products that would best suit us then said he would leave us alone to wander and if we had any questions to let him know. Which was perfect he wasn’t pushy at all and for that reason we felt more inclined to purchase a product from the store. I would highly recommend Paul. Very good customer service and helpful throughout.

Your assistant was very helpfull. Gave her a list of requirements and price range. Asked for alternatives which were explained. Good engagement with myself, didn't feel I was just another face after a busy day.
